Characteristics of use
1. Excellent fire resistance, the fire resistance level can not only meet the national standard GB/12666.6 Class A 950℃, 90min (it can also meet the requirements of Class A 650℃ 3h, Class B 750℃ 3h, and Class C 950℃ 3h specified in the British standard BS6387-1994); at the same time, it can withstand water spray and mechanical impact during combustion.
2. Long continuous length, whether it is a single-core or multi-core cable, its length can meet the power supply length requirements, and the maximum length can reach 2000m.
3. Large cross-section, the cross-section of a single-core cable can reach 1000mm2; the cross-section of a multi-core cable can reach 240mm2.
4. Flexibility, the cable can be coiled on a cable reel, and its bending radius is ≥20D (D is the outer diameter of the cable).
5. Smoke-free and non-toxic during combustion, the insulation material adopts inorganic material (non-combustible material), which will not produce any harmful gases during combustion, nor will it cause secondary pollution. It can be regarded as an environmentally friendly and green product.
6. Large overload capacity, the cable not only has a large current carrying capacity, but also has a large overload capacity. According to the wiring requirements, the surface temperature of the cable is usually ≤70℃. If the wiring is not touchable and cannot be in contact with combustible building materials, the temperature of the cable sheath can reach 105℃. The working temperature of the fire-resistant cable during overload can reach 250℃.
7. Corrosion resistance, organic insulation fire-resistant cables sometimes need to pass through plastic or iron pipes. Plastic is prone to aging and becoming brittle, while iron pipes are prone to rust. Fire-resistant cables with copper sheaths do not need to pass through pipes and have good corrosion resistance.
8. No electromagnetic interference, when fire-resistant cables are laid in the same vertical shaft as signal and control cables, the fire-resistant cables, under the shielding of the copper sheath, will not interfere with the transmission of information of the signal and control cables.
9. Good safety, in addition to supplying power normally in flames, fire-resistant cables can start fire extinguishing equipment and reduce fire losses. At the same time, they are also particularly reliable for personal safety. The copper sheath is a good conductor and the best grounding wire, which extends continuously throughout the length of the cable, greatly improving the sensitivity and reliability of grounding protection.
10. Long service life, inorganic insulation materials are resistant to high temperatures and not easy to age. Its service life is many times longer than that of organic insulation cables. Under normal working conditions, its service life can be equivalent to that of the building.
